Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026. This policy covers the website graceavenuejourney.com and the Grace Avenue Journey iPhone app.
The short version
Your journal entries, prayers, highlights, saved verses and reading progress stay on your own device. We don't see them, collect them, or sell them.
What stays on your device
Everything you write or save in Grace Avenue, including journal entries, prayer board items, highlights, saved verses, devotional notes, streaks and reminder times, is stored only in your browser or on your phone. If you delete the app or clear your browser data, this information is erased, and we can't recover it.
What we collect
Email address, only if you choose to join the Members' Circle. We use it to send you our daily message and occasional updates. Emails are sent through our email provider, MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Messages you send us. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send, and use them only to reply.
Scripture
Bible text is loaded from the New Living Translation service run by Tyndale House Publishers. When a verse loads, the Bible reference (for example, "John 3:16") is requested from their service. No personal information is sent with it.
Notifications
If you turn on daily reminders in the iPhone app, they are scheduled on your phone. You can change or turn them off anytime in the app or in your iPhone's Settings.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't show ads. We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Payments
Paid services, such as résumé critiques, are purchased on our website and processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card details.
Children
Grace Avenue Journey is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
