Mentorship

Your next move, walked out together.

Faith-filled mentorship for women at a crossroads in their career, their calling or their walk with God. Bring your questions. We’ll pray, make a plan and take the next faithful step together.

Plans go further when wise counsel walks beside them.

Inspired by Proverbs 15:22
Three paths

Where do you need a guide?

Most women come with a little of all three. Choose the one that feels most urgent, and it will carry into your application.

The Next-Move Compass

Find your starting point.

Three quick questions. You’ll get a place to begin and three questions to bring to your first conversation.

How it works

Four steps, one season at a time.

  1. Apply

Tell me where you are and where you sense God leading. It takes about five minutes.

  2. Connect

We meet for a short call to pray, listen and see if mentorship is the right fit for this season.

  3. Plan

Together we name your next move and map out the next 90 days in clear, doable steps.

  4. Walk it out

Regular check-ins for encouragement, accountability and prayer as you take each step.

Staying in my lane

What mentorship is, and what it isn’t.

God has placed gifted, licensed women in counseling and therapy to do His work there. Mentorship here is a different calling, and I honor theirs by staying in mine.

Mentorship is

  • ✓Encouragement and wisdom from a woman a few steps down the road
  • ✓Practical career strategy: résumés, interviews, career changes, leadership
  • ✓Discerning your gifts, your calling and your next season
  • ✓Building habits of prayer and time in the Word
  • ✓Goal setting, accountability and prayer as you take each step

Mentorship isn’t

  • ×Therapy, counseling or a replacement for mental health care
  • ×Diagnosis or treatment of any kind
  • ×Crisis or emergency support
  • ×Legal, financial or medical advice
  • ×A promise of a particular job, income or outcome

If you’re carrying something heavier

If you’re walking through grief that won’t lift, anxiety, depression, trauma, or a painful relationship, please reach out to a licensed counselor. Your pastor or doctor can help you find one. Getting that care is a strong, faith-filled step, and mentorship can walk alongside it, never in place of it.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, U.S.) right now, or call 911 in an emergency.

Questions

Before you apply.

Is this counseling or therapy?

No. Mentorship is encouragement, wisdom, planning, accountability and prayer from someone who has walked a few steps ahead. It isn’t therapy or counseling, and it doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. If you need that kind of care, please reach out to a licensed counselor. Mentorship can sit alongside that care, but never replaces it.

Can we focus only on my career?

Absolutely. Many women come for a career change, a promotion, a return to work or a business idea. Faith is woven through everything here, but you choose the focus.

Do I have to have it all figured out first?

Not at all. “I don’t know what’s next” is one of the best places to begin. That’s exactly what the first conversation is for.

Will you give me legal or financial advice?

No. Mentorship doesn’t include legal, financial or medical advice. If a question needs a licensed professional, I’ll encourage you to talk with one.

What does it cost, and when will I hear back?

Details, availability and any investment are shared personally after you apply, so you can decide with all the information. Every application gets a personal reply.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. What you share in your application and our conversations stays between us, unless you’re in danger or someone else is, in which case I’ll encourage you to reach emergency help right away.

Your next step

You don’t have to figure it out alone.
