It’s My Time-Grace Lifted Me: October 20, 2025
Scripture:
“When you believed in Jesus, God saved you because he is very kind. You could not save yourselves, but that is God's gift to you. He has not saved you as a result of any good things that you have done. So nobody has any reason to be proud about it.” - Ephesians 2:8-9
Devotional:
Last night I prayed with everything in me. I asked God for something big — a shift, a miracle, a visible move of His hand. I repented, I cried, I released it all. And this morning, He met me with His Word: Ephesians 2:8-9.
That was confirmation.
God reminded me that what’s about to happen in my life isn’t because I’m perfect, qualified, or connected but it’s because of Grace. Grace that lifts the overlooked. Grace that restores the weary. Grace that silences the prideful and elevates the humble.
I’ve battled. I’ve been talked about. I’ve been counted out. But I’m still standing because Grace wouldn’t let me fall.
This is the season where the so-called “lowly” are rising, and not in arrogance, but in divine order. God is flipping the script. Those who have been quiet, faithful, and consistent in hidden places are about to be seen. Not for applause, but for purpose.
You’ve been tried, you’ve been refined, and now it’s your time. Not by might, not by merit, but by mercy.
Challenge/Reflection:
How can you let Grace speak louder than your frustration today?
Prayer:
Father God, in the Name of Jesus,
Thank You for another day. Thank You for waking me up this morning, starting me on my way, clothing me in my right mind, and allowing me to see the dawn of a brand new day.
Lord, I ask You to forgive me for all my sins and shortcomings, and I receive Your forgiveness in my heart. Create in me, O Lord, a clean heart. Purify my thoughts, and cast down every vain imagination and every high thing that tries to exalt itself against the knowledge of You, O God.
Father, thank You for Your Grace that found me when I couldn’t find myself. Thank You for hearing my prayer, forgiving my sins, and reminding me that You alone lift and establish. I release the need to prove, defend, or compare. Let Your favor show up in ways that silence pride and glorify Your name. Raise up every heart that’s been faithful but forgotten. Let this be our time, Your time, to shine through us. In Jesus Name I Pray, Thank God, Amen.
Declaration:
“I am standing in Grace. I am walking in purpose. I am rising, not by works, but by His favor. This is my time, and God’s Glory will be seen in my life.”
