Stay Strong In The Fight - October 11, 2025
Scripture:
“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” - Exodus 14:14 (NIV)
Devotional:
Every believer faces moments where the battle feels personal, thoughts racing, emotions heavy, peace slipping away. But spiritual warfare isn’t fought with fear; it’s fought with faith and being totally engulfed in the presence of God.
The enemy’s goal isn’t just to frustrate you, it’s to distract you, to make you forget who you are and Who’s fighting for you. But God says, “Be still. I’ve got this.”
You don’t have to fight like the world fights. You fight through prayer, worship, fasting, and speaking the Word over your situation. You fight by choosing peace over panic, praise over pressure, and truth over lies.
When the battle gets heavy, remind yourself: the fight is fixed. Victory is already yours through Jesus Christ. So stay strong, guard your mind, and protect your peace. The same God who brought you through before will do it again.
Reflection/Challenge:
What’s one area where you need to stop fighting in your own strength and let God fight for you?
Prayer:
Father God, in the Name of Jesus,
Thank You for another day. Thank You for waking me up this morning, starting me on my way, clothing me in my right mind, and allowing me to see the dawn of a brand new day.
Lord, I ask You to forgive me for all my sins and shortcomings, and I receive Your forgiveness in my heart. Create in me, O Lord, a clean heart. Purify my thoughts, and cast down every vain imagination and every high thing that tries to exalt itself against the knowledge of You, O God.
Lord, help me stay strong when I feel weak. Keep my mind covered and my spirit focused on You. I choose peace, I choose faith, and I choose to trust You with the fight. Remind me that the battle belongs to You and that I already have victory in Jesus Name I Pray, Thank God, Amen.
Declaration:
“The Lord is fighting for me. My mind is covered, my peace is protected, and my victory is secure.”
