In uncertain times, where anxiety and instability seem to flood every corner of life, it’s easy to feel shaken. But the Word of God reminds us that those who trust in Him are like trees planted by water, steadfast, rooted, and flourishing, no matter the season. When everything around you feels dry or chaotic, your trust in God becomes your lifeline. He nourishes, sustains, and secures those who put their hope in Him.
“But I will bless those people who trust me. They will be like trees near a stream that send out roots to the water. They are not afraid of the heat. Their leaves are always green. They do not worry in a year when no rain comes. They always produce fruit.” — Jeremiah 17:7–8 (EASY)
Let this be your encouragement today: Stay rooted in Him. Trust deeply, grow steadily, and bear fruit—even in dry seasons.
Jeremiah 17: 7-8 NIV
Trust God!
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
8 They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”
